Yangon, Myanmar, 1 December 2025 — YOMA OUE Pun Hlaing Group of Hospitals (“YOPHH”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr. Zaw Win Sandy as its new Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”), effective 1 December 2025. Concurrently, Dr. Gershu Paul will assume the position of Emeritus Chair, YOPHH Healthcare Council, within the Group.
This leadership transition marks a key milestone YOMA OUE Pun Hlaing’s structured succession plan, designed to ensure operational continuity, strengthen the Group’s commitment to excellence in healthcare delivery, and advance its mission of Building a Better Myanmar for Its People. Reflecting on the journey, Dr. Gershu Paul shared, “ As with any transition, it is important to keep re-imagining and regenerating our thoughts, our talent, and our vision, while staying anchored to drive our purpose — Build a Better Myanmar for Its People. Critical to our growth and sustainability is the right team, and today, after 12 years, it is a privilege to see Dr. Sandy step up to that mantle. As CEO, Dr. Zaw Win Sandy will steer the Pun Hlaing Group of Hospitals through its next phase of growth, further enhancing its reputation for quality care, clinical excellence, and innovation. Dr. Zaw Win Sandy joined YOPHH in 2014 as Customer Relationship Manager, subsequently serving as Director Talent Management, Director Hospital Operations, and subsequently Chief Operating Officer (“COO”) before her appointment as CEO.
In his new capacity as Emeritus Chair, Dr. Gershu Paul will provide strategic counsel to the YOPHH Healthcare Council, drawing on his extensive experience as the Group’s CEO since 2014. He will continue to guide the leadership team across hospitals, medical towers, and the Smart Health Community, with a focus on maintaining alignment with international healthcare standards and best practices.

ထိုကဲ့သို့ ခေါင်းဆောင်ပိုင်း ပြောင်းလဲမှုသည် YOMA OUE ပန်းလှိုင်ဆေးရုံများလုပ်ငန်းစု၏ စနစ်တကျ ကြိုတင်စီမံထားသော အုပ်ချုပ်မှု ဆက်ခံရေး အစီအစဉ်၏ အဓိကမှတ်တိုင်တစ်ခုတစ်ခုဖြစ်ပြီး ထိုအစီအစဥ်ဖြင့် လုပ်ငန်း စဥ်ဆက်မပြတ် လည်ပတ်နိုင်စေရန်၊ ပိုမို ပြည့်စုံကောင်းမွန်သည့် ကျန်းမာရေးဝန်ဆောင်မှုများ ပေးနိုင်ရန်နှင့် “နိုင်ငံသားများအတွက် ပိုမိုကောင်းမွန်သော မြန်မာနိုင်ငံကို တည်ဆောက်ရန်” ဟူသော ပန်းလှိုင်ဆေးရုံများလုပ်ငန်းစု၏ မျှော်မှန်းချက်ကို တိုးမြှင့် ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်စေရန် ရည်ရွယ်ထားပါသည်။
Dr Gershu Paul သည် သူ၏ လျှောက်လှမ်းခဲ့သည့် ခရီးစဉ်အား ပြန်လည်သုံးသပ်ရင်း ပြောကြားခဲ့သည်မှာ “အကူးအပြောင်း ပြောင်းလဲမှုတိုင်းတွင် ကျွန်တော်တို့အားလုံးဟာ လုပ်ကိုင်နေကျအလုပ်များကို ဆက်လက်လုပ်ကိုင်ရင်း မိမိတို့ရဲ့ အတွေးအခေါ်၊ စွမ်းရည်၊ ပိုပြီး ကောင်းမွန်လာအောင် ပြန်လည်ဖန်တီးဖို့က အရေးကြီးပါတယ်။ နောက်ပြီး ‘ပြည်သူများအတွက် ပိုမိုကောင်းမွန်သော မြန်မာနိုင်ငံတော် တည်ဆောက်ရန်’ ဆိုတဲ့ ရည်မှန်းချက်ကိုလည်း ဆက်လက် လက်စွဲပြုထားဖို့ လိုပါတယ်။ ကျွန်တော်တို့ လုပ်ငန်းတိုးတက်ဖို့နှင့် ရေရှည်မှာ တည်တံ့ဖို့အတွက် သင့်လျော်တဲ့ ဝန်ထမ်းအဖွဲ့ဝင်တွေရှိဖို့က အဓိကကျပါတယ်။ အခုလို ၁၂ နှစ်ကြာပြီးအချိန်မှာ ဒေါက်တာစန္ဒီအနေနဲ့ ဒီတာဝန်ကို ဆက်ခံတာ မြင်ရတဲ့အတွက် ကျွန်တော် အရမ်းဂုဏ်ယူ ဝမ်းသာရပါတယ်။ ကျွန်တော်ကို ဘက်လိုက်တယ်လို့ ထင်ကောင်းထင်နိုင်ပါတယ်။ ဒါပေမဲ့ သူမမှာ အရမ်းအလုပ်ကြိုးစားတဲ့ အဖွဲ့သားတွေ ရှိနေတယ်လို့ ကျွန်တော်ယုံကြည်ပါတယ်။”
အမှုဆောင် အရာရှိချုပ်အဖြစ် ဒေါက်တာဇော်ဝင်းစန္ဒီသည် ပန်းလှိုင်ဆေးရုံများလုပ်ငန်းစု၏ နောင်လာမည့် ခရီးစဉ်တွင် ဆက်လက်တိုးတက်အောင်မြင်မှုအောင် ဦးဆောင်လုပ်ကိုင်သွားမည်ဖြစ်ပြီး ကျန်းမာရေးစောင့်ရှောက်မှု အရည်အသွေးကို မြှင့်တင်နိုင်ရန် ၊ ကုသမှုအပိုင်းတွင် ပြီးပြည့်စုံပြီး တီထွင်ဆန်းသစ်မှုများကို ဖော်ဆောင်နိုင်ရန် ဆောင်ရွက်သွားမှာ ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ သူမ၏ ခေါင်းဆောင်မှုသည် “နိုင်ငံအတွက် ကရုဏာတရားဖြင့် စောင့်ရှောက်ခြင်း” ဆိုသည့် YOPHH ၏ အမြူတေတန်ဖိုးကို ဆက်လက်ထိန်းသိမ်းသွားမှာ ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ “ပန်းလှိုင်ဆေးရုံများလုပ်ငန်းစုကို ဆေးရုံတစ်ခု၊ ဆေးခန်းတစ်ခန်းကနေ စတင်လာတာ ဒီနေ့မှာဆိုရင် လုပ်ငန်းခွဲ ၁၄ ခုအထိ ရှိလာပြီဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ ဆေးရုံ ၊ဆေးခန်းများကိုလည်း ထပ်မံတိုးချဲ့ဖွင့်လှစ်သွားဖို့လည်း ရှိပါတယ်။ ပြီးခဲ့တဲ့ ဆယ်စုနှစ်နဲ့ အလားတူ ရှေ့လျှာက် ဆက်လက်တိုးချဲ့ ဆောင်ရွက်သွားမှာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ အနာဂတ်မှာလည်း ကျန်းမာရေးဝန်ဆောင်မှု ကိစ္စရပ်တိုင်းအတွက် နိုင်ငံတစ်ဝန်းရှိ ပြည်သူတိုင်း အရင်ဆုံး စဥ်စားမိပြီး ယုံကြည်အားထားရတဲ့ အမှတ်တံဆိပ်တစ်ခု ဖြစ်လာနိုင်ဖို့အထိ ရည်ရွယ်ထားပါတယ်” ဟု ဒေါက်တာဇော်ဝင်းစန္ဒီက ပြောကြားခဲ့သည်။ ဒေါက်တာဇော်ဝင်းစန္ဒီသည် YOPHH သို့ ၂၀၁၄ ခုနှစ်တွင် Customer Relationship Manager အဖြစ် စတင်လုပ်ကိုင်ခဲ့ပြီးနောက် Director Talent Management အဖြစ်လည်းကောင်း၊ လုပ်ငန်းလည်ပတ်ရေးရာအရာရှိချုပ် အဖြစ်လည်းကောင်း တာဝန်ထမ်းဆောင်ခဲ့ပြီး ယခုအခါ အမှုဆောင် အရာရှိချုပ်အဖြစ်သို့ ခန့်အပ်ခံရခြင်း ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
၂၀၁၄ ခုနှစ်မှစ၍ ပန်းလှိုင်ဆေးရုံများလုပ်ငန်းစု၏ အမှုဆောင် အရာရှိချုပ်အဖြစ် တာဝန်ထမ်းဆောင်ခဲ့ပြီး အတွေ့အကြုံများစွာရှိသည့် ဒေါက်တာ Gershu Paul သည် YOPHH ကျန်းမာရေးကောင်စီတွင် မဟာဗျူဟာမြောက် အကြံဥာဏ်များပေးခြင်းဖြင့် ဆေးရုံ ဆေးခန်းများ နှင့် Smart Health Community တို့တွင် နိုင်ငံတကာကျန်းမာရေးစံချိန်စံညွှန်းများနှင့် ကိုက်ညီမှုရှိစေရန် ခေါင်းဆောင်မှုအဖွဲ့အား ဆက်လက်လမ်းညွှန်ပေးသွားမှာ ဖြစ်ပါသည်။

အမှုဆောင် အရာရှိချုပ်အဖြစ် ဒေါက်တာဇော်ဝင်းစန္ဒီသည် ပန်းလှိုင်ဆေးရုံများလုပ်ငန်းစု၏ နောင်လာမည့် ခရီးစဉ်တွင် ဆက်လက်တိုးတက်အောင်မြင်မှုအောင် ဦးဆောင်လုပ်ကိုင်သွားမည်ဖြစ်ပြီး ကျန်းမာရေးစောင့်ရှောက်မှု အရည်အသွေးကို မြှင့်တင်နိုင်ရန် ၊ ကုသမှုအပိုင်းတွင် ပြီးပြည့်စုံပြီး တီထွင်ဆန်းသစ်မှုများကို ဖော်ဆောင်နိုင်ရန် ဆောင်ရွက်သွားမှာ ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ သူမ၏ ခေါင်းဆောင်မှုသည် “နိုင်ငံအတွက် ကရုဏာတရားဖြင့် စောင့်ရှောက်ခြင်း” ဆိုသည့် YOPHH ၏ အမြူတေတန်ဖိုးကို ဆက်လက်ထိန်းသိမ်းသွားမှာ ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ “ပန်းလှိုင်ဆေးရုံများလုပ်ငန်းစုကို ဆေးရုံတစ်ခု၊ ဆေးခန်းတစ်ခန်းကနေ စတင်လာတာ ဒီနေ့မှာဆိုရင် လုပ်ငန်းခွဲ ၁၄ ခုအထိ ရှိလာပြီဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ ဆေးရုံ ၊ဆေးခန်းများကိုလည်း ထပ်မံတိုးချဲ့ဖွင့်လှစ်သွားဖို့လည်း ရှိပါတယ်။ ပြီးခဲ့တဲ့ ဆယ်စုနှစ်နဲ့ အလားတူ ရှေ့လျှာက် ဆက်လက်တိုးချဲ့ ဆောင်ရွက်သွားမှာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ အနာဂတ်မှာလည်း ကျန်းမာရေးဝန်ဆောင်မှု ကိစ္စရပ်တိုင်းအတွက် နိုင်ငံတစ်ဝန်းရှိ ပြည်သူတိုင်း အရင်ဆုံး စဥ်စားမိပြီး ယုံကြည်အားထားရတဲ့ အမှတ်တံဆိပ်တစ်ခု ဖြစ်လာနိုင်ဖို့အထိ ရည်ရွယ်ထားပါတယ်” ဟု ဒေါက်တာဇော်ဝင်းစန္ဒီက ပြောကြားခဲ့သည်။ ဒေါက်တာဇော်ဝင်းစန္ဒီသည် YOPHH သို့ ၂၀၁၄ ခုနှစ်တွင် Customer Relationship Manager အဖြစ် စတင်လုပ်ကိုင်ခဲ့ပြီးနောက် Director Talent Management အဖြစ်လည်းကောင်း၊ လုပ်ငန်းလည်ပတ်ရေးရာအရာရှိချုပ် အဖြစ်လည်းကောင်း တာဝန်ထမ်းဆောင်ခဲ့ပြီး ယခုအခါ အမှုဆောင် အရာရှိချုပ်အဖြစ်သို့ ခန့်အပ်ခံရခြင်း ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
၂၀၁၄ ခုနှစ်မှစ၍ ပန်းလှိုင်ဆေးရုံများလုပ်ငန်းစု၏ အမှုဆောင် အရာရှိချုပ်အဖြစ် တာဝန်ထမ်းဆောင်ခဲ့ပြီး အတွေ့အကြုံများစွာရှိသည့် ဒေါက်တာ Gershu Paul သည် YOPHH ကျန်းမာရေးကောင်စီတွင် မဟာဗျူဟာမြောက် အကြံဥာဏ်များပေးခြင်းဖြင့် ဆေးရုံ ဆေးခန်းများ နှင့် Smart Health Community တို့တွင် နိုင်ငံတကာကျန်းမာရေးစံချိန်စံညွှန်းများနှင့် ကိုက်ညီမှုရှိစေရန် ခေါင်းဆောင်မှုအဖွဲ့အား ဆက်လက်လမ်းညွှန်ပေးသွားမှာ ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
