Job Description
1.Operations: responsible for the following functions of department names.
- Responsible for day to day operations
- Business Process Mapping for smooth operations flow, monitor and evaluate
- Operational ramp up as per organization direction
- Balance Score Card of respective department
- Specialist/key stakeholder engagement and recruitment
2.Financial
- Understand, analyse evaluate different revenue streams
- Analyze, evaluate P&L and develop action plan to increase revenue
- Business development and capacity optimization
3.Strategy and Planning
- Market intelligence as per scheduled timeline and evaluate linked with pricing
- Clinical/Non-Clinical Service Planning
- Promotion and execution as per organization direction
- Understand, analyse and end to end management of CAPEX
3.Talent Management
- Develop and manage talent of staff as per career pathway
- Performance evaluation and performance appraisal
- Man Power Mapping and cost management
4.Reporting
- Monthly report and daily report as per requirement with analysis and action plan
- Report as per nature and requirement of department or organization
5.Quality
- Ensure JCIA compliance of respective departments
- Department risk management
- Department SIP
6.Patient Experience
- Achieve Benchmark % of the hospital of respective departments

Job Requirement:
• M.B.B.S, M.B.A (or) M.H.A (or) Equivalent Degree and ACHSM Membership
• Minimum 5 years’ working experience in healthcare environment
• Attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of healthcare system operations.
